In order to stay healthy, we should check out the little things we do each day. Do you skip breakfast or eating fast-food such as donut for breakfast? Are burgers and fries your main food for lunch and dinner?

Drinking alcohol
Cirrhosis of the liver is one of the most well-known effects of alcohol abuse. Cirrhosis stops the liver from being able to clean the toxins out of your body. Alcohol can also cause stomach ulcers that lead to internal bleeding.
Eating fast food
Fast food is full of salt, fat, cholesterol and calories which are very bad to our hearts.
Sitting too much
After working long hours in the office, we should not sit too much at home. Instead, we can do some exercise after work.
Not seeing a doctor regularly
Even if we are not sick, we should still do full body checkup annually.
